About us

We didn't set out to make videos. We set out to delete a cost line.

Clearlyy started inside a simple observation: every carton that leaves a factory carries a printed booklet that costs real money, expires the moment a spec changes, and is thrown away unread. We rebuilt that booklet as something people actually use.

The problem

A hardware brand told us they spend more on printing installation booklets than on the installation training itself — and their installers still call the helpline.

The test

We took one SKU, generated a chaptered video manual with AI, put it behind a QR sticker and watched the support questions move from the phone to the assistant.

The product

Clearlyy Manuals: upload the manual, get a video in every language, a dynamic QR per SKU, an AI assistant and a page search engines and AI answer engines can actually read.

What we believe

Instructions should be watched, not decoded

A 16-page booklet in nine languages is a compliance artefact. A 70-second narrated video is an instruction. We build the second and keep the first as a downloadable PDF.

A manual should answer back

Every Clearlyy manual ships with an assistant grounded in that exact document. Customers ask in their own words and get an answer with the page number and the timestamp attached.

The QR code should stay alive

Printed codes are static and go stale. Ours are dynamic — repoint a whole SKU family after a spec change and every carton already in the market updates.

Language is not a translation line item

Narration, on-screen text and the PDF are generated together, so the 34th language costs the same effort as the second.

How we work with a brand

We start with one SKU, free. You send the existing manual in whatever shape it lives — PDF, InDesign, CAD, or a photo of the printed booklet. We come back with a published manual hub you can scan from your phone. If your team likes it, we do the catalogue, and your packaging team swaps the booklet for a sticker on the next print run.

What a brand hands over

  • • The current manual set, in any format, at any SKU count.
  • • A list of the languages your markets legally require.
  • • The three questions your call centre hears every single day.
  • • Where the QR sticker can physically go on the carton or the unit.

Everything else — storyboarding, narration, localisation, QR generation, hosting and the assistant — happens on our side.
